Memorandum of Understanding

I understand that SewSmooth performs cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs on vintage, mechanical, and most computerized sewing machines.  If I am unsure whether my machine fits in this category, SewSmooth will assess by model name/number or visually.

I understand that should a repair be necessary above and beyond cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs, I will be contacted. SewSmooth will not attempt repair that is outside her expertise.

Minor repairs include but are not limited to: Tension issues, bobbin winding issues, thread breaking, skipped stitches, needle breaking, poor stitch quality, running slow/rough/noisy, and/or electrical cord repair.
